About Kaleb Sauter
Core Belief For Kaleb, fitness first saved his life, then transformed it. Now, he is dedicated to giving back sharing his knowledge, experience, and passion to help others unlock their full potential.
Kaleb Sauter has been an athlete his entire life. From playing soccer, basketball, and track, to pursuing his favorite sports—football and baseball—he grew up involved in every sport he could. In high school, he chose to focus on football and baseball, eventually earning a small scholarship to Henderson State University. There, he planned to pursue football while training to become a Navy officer and join the SEAL training program, fulfilling his lifelong dream of serving as a Navy SEAL.
Life, however, took an unexpected turn. During his freshman year, Kaleb sustained a severe wrist injury that forced him to withdraw from school. He spent over a month in the hospital with a PICC line, fighting off an infection that developed where surgical pins had been placed to reconstruct his hand. After three surgeries and more than eighteen months of rehabilitation, he was finally able to return to the gym. Kaleb credits this period as the turning point in his life, saying that fitness “truly saved” him. The gym became a place of serenity, reflection, and clarity—helping him rebuild both his body and his sense of purpose. It was then that he decided to dedicate his life to fitness and to changing as many lives as possible through health and wellness.
In 2018, Kaleb earned his CPR/AED certification through the American Heart Association and became a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. That same year, he competed in two bodybuilding competitions, placing fourth in his very first show in Galveston, Texas. In 2020, he opened his own studio in his hometown of Carrollton, Texas, where he trained clients in person and virtually for three years, navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
